No. Our deliverables document the existing conditions of your building. They are not stamped, sealed, or permit-ready, and they are not construction or design documents. For anything that requires a licensed seal, you retain a licensed architect or engineer. If you need sealed construction documents, our affiliated firm Dake Collaborative can produce them under a separate engagement. Compare as-built drawings against scan to BIM.
Yes. You receive the deliverable files and a broad, perpetual license to use them for your property, including design, construction, leasing, marketing, and sale. We retain the copyright in the underlying work, which is standard for documentation of this kind.
