When you hire an architect or designer for a remodel, one of their first tasks is documenting what exists. That usually means hours of hand-measuring, which you pay for at their hourly rate. A 3D scan captures the entire home in one visit, giving your design team accurate floor plans and dimensions to start from immediately.
The scan also creates an interactive 3D walkthrough you can share with contractors, designers, and anyone involved in the project. If a question comes up about a dimension, ceiling height, or room layout, the answer is in the scan. No one needs to drive back to the house.
Which package is right for your remodel?
Scan + Floor Plans, from $600
Floor plans with room-by-room dimensions and an E57 point cloud file. This is the package most homeowners choose. It gives your architect or designer everything they need to begin and saves hours of measurement time. 3 to 5 day turnaround.
Full Drawings, from $1,200
If your architect or designer works in Revit and needs a 3D model of your home, the Full Drawings package includes a complete Revit model with CAD exports. This is common for complex renovations, additions, and projects where multiple trades need to coordinate. 10 to 14 day turnaround.

No. A Matterport scan captures visible surfaces: walls, floors, ceilings, doors, windows, and architectural features. It does not see inside walls or behind finishes. If you need to document what is inside the walls, a progress capture during renovation can capture framing and MEP elements before drywall goes up.
